Patrick Whelan

 

Currently serving New Priorities as President of the Board of Directors since 2008 Patrick has worked as a Spiritual Director and Counselor for at-risk youth since 2001. Patrick spent 25 years in Planned Unit Development and is currently President of ARC Services Inc.

 

Larry Kogovsek

 

Larry was trained in addiction treatment in the Central Oregon Community College Addictions and Human Services Program. He had run the Family Kitchen( homeless meal in Bend). He now provides recovery support to the homeless at various venues including Bend’s Church and the Cascade Peer Support and Self-Help Center.

Clifford Evelyn Sr.

 

Clifford is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and attended U.S. Naval Management school in Algiers, LA. He was honorably discharged for the U.S Navy as a 2nd Class Petty Officer. Clifford is a former Clark County Sheriff’s Office Commander in Vancouver, Washington employed with them for 20 years. During that time held the position of Correctional Officer, Training Sergeant, Operations Lieutenant and Commander. He has also coached at risk youth in basketball, baseball and boxing. Clifford is also a motivational speaker and focusing on being active as an Incarceration Activist

 

Bill Trumble

 

William R. Trumble, Ph.D., received his bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Washington State University in Pullman, Wash., completed his Ph.D. in Medical Physiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas, and did post-doctoral training in Molecular Biology at the Roche Institute of Molecular Biology in Nutley, New Jersey.
Bill began his career as a Project Director with Battelle NW Labs, at the Hanford National Laboratory in Richland, WA. After serving over a dozen years as a teaching and research faculty member at the University of Idaho, he took up new residence as the Dean of the School of Life Sciences and Agriculture at the University of New Hampshire and as Director of the New Hampshire Agricultural Experiment Station. He was a partner in founding Idaho Immunodiagnostics, Inc., and was President and CEO of the company until leaving Idaho to move to NH. Bill joined the State University of New York at Canton as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. He retired from Unity College in Maine as Senior Vice President and VP for Academic Affairs.

 

Fonda Pease

 

Fonda has served at NPFS as an Office Assistant since 2014. Primarily serving as the liaison to the Oregon Health authority and State of Oregon Adult Mental Health Measures and Outcomes Tracking System she also assists in facilitating Chemical Dependency Education Groups.
Currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education Fonda enjoys working at NPFS because it offers her an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others while also having the flexibility to accommodate her school schedule.
