The following prices apply to DUII programs and are standardized prices based on cash payment. Most insurances will pay for Alcohol and Drug Treatment and NPFS will bill your insurance accordingly

• DUII Information Only: $340
  • Must have an ADSS report that is marked “Info Only” program. No “Info Only” without ADSS report
  • 8 Group Sessions
  • Random UA’s
  • Abstinence for 90 days evidenced by negative UA’s. Minimum of 4. If positive, raise to Level of Care: .5
  • Victim’s Impact Panel

• DUII Treatment Level 0.5: $780
  • ADSS report is marked treatment and/or if there is no report and assessment indicates a need for Level 0.5
  • Assessment
  • 4 individual sessions, once a month
  • 8 Group Sessions
  • Random UA’s
  • Abstinence for 90 days evidenced by negative UA’s. Minimum of 4. If positive, raise to Level of Care: 1
  • Victim’s Impact Panel

• DUII Treatment Level 1: $995
  • ADSS report is marked treatment and/or if there is no report and assessment indicates a need for Level 1
  • Assessment
  • 12-16 individual sessions. First is service plan, then bi-weekly or weekly
  • 8 Group Sessions
  • Random UA’s
  • Abstinence for 90 days evidenced by negative UA’s. Minimum of 4. If positive, raise to Level of Care: 2.1

• DUII Treatment Level 2.1: $1,950
  • ADSS report is marked treatment and/or if there is no report and assessment indicates a need for Level 2
  • Assessment
  • 12-16 individual sessions. First is service plan, then bi-weekly or weekly

  • Random UA’s
  • Abstinence for 90 days evidenced by negative UA’s. Minimum of 4.

*The DUII Group is an informational group and is required by the State of Oregon for DUII information or treatment completion. It is not covered by OHP and other insurance companies. It is the client’s responsibility to pay this fee prior to being discharged. DUII Groups are held on Tuesday mornings from 9:00am to 10:30am and on Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Other group session days and times will be provided during intake session.

**Urinalysis tests are NOT included in DUII fees. Client will be asked to provide random UAs throughout treatment. Millennium Health Laboratories will bill client/insurance directly.
